BIOGRAPHY
Ralph Jacob is the creator and owner of the Fitness studio CykleJab located in Miami FL. He is a certified NSCA Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach, USA Boxing coach, ISCA Kick Boxing Round II Instructor and Healthcare Provider (CPR & AED) from the American Heart Association. He studied with the best professors in the fitness world, such as Dr. Abbott from The Fitness Institute International in Boca Raton, where he obtained his CPTS certification; and Juan Carlos Santana from Institute of Human Performance (IHP) also in Boca Raton, Florida. AT IHP he did a specialization in functional training and circuit training (Jul-Sep, 2008).
Born in Martinique and raised in Paris France, Ralph has been living in the US since his early and fruitful modeling years. He worked with some of the most prestigious designers and brands in Fashion. He is World traveled and speaks five languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian, and Creole), which allows him to clearly interact with clients of different nationalities and cultures.
Considering his sense of esthetics learned in the fashion industry, and armed with extensive knowledge of kinesiology, fitness and martial art, Ralph trains his clients to build their bodies harmoniously. He successfully helps them reach their physical goals while developing self-confidence. In line with his client’s achievements he specializes in weight loss and body sculpting by designing “personal” and unique plans for every client, “no two training plans are alike”, he preaches. The plans are created after considering metabolism, body type, fitness status, and most importantly client’s health condition. Ralph is the most sought after trainer in the area.
Over the years, Ralph has specialized himself in servicing elite and celebrity clientele. He runs a fitness concierge service offering qualified trainers; massage therapists, nutritionists, and chefs. He services his luxury clientele in Monaco, New York, and Miami.
