My name is Lucas Paes, I’m from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
I’m a certified personal trainer. I’m specialized in several fitness techniques such as EMS training, Kinesio tape application, myofascial release, HIIT training, strength training for athlete and exercise biomechanics.
I love helping people achieve their goals in a safe, effective and fun way; that is my mission.
I stay in shape by working out 4-5 times a week. I like to engage in multiple and different physical activities such as functional training, calisthenics, strength and conditioning training, HIIT training, EMS training, swimming, aqua strength, aqua cycling, yoga, and acro yoga. I play volleyball, basketball, tennis, surf, American football, footvolley, and soccer. I also dance hip hop, samba, and salsa.
An interesting fact about me is that I used to play soccer at my university. After joining the team, I immediately was hired to assist with the technical and physical preparation of the JV team athletes. I have played soccer for most of my life, but now my heart is in playing footvolley.
I’ve been practicing martial art since I was 11 years old. I have tried boxing, Muay Thai, and jiu-jitsu. I find boxing to be one of the best because of the focus it helps you develop. The fine line of “dancing” while you are fighting makes this martial style so effective; I love it!
What most motivated me to work at Cyklejab is their very unique method when it comes to high-intensity strength building while always making it fun and with an outstanding injury prevention protocol. In line with my mission!
