STRENGTH TRAINING 50-MINUTE CLASS
V3Perform’s Strength Training Classes are some of the most intense 50-minute muscle-building workouts in Miami-Dade.
Our class is designed to help you improve your overall fitness and build muscle. Led by experienced trainers, our Strength Training program incorporates a variety of exercises and equipment to target all major muscle groups, including the legs, core, chest, back, and arms.
During each session, you’ll be able to use free weights, resistance bands, and other equipment to challenge your muscles and push yourself to new limits. Our trainers will work with you to develop a personalized workout plan that’s tailored to your individual goals and fitness level.
Classes feature a combination of:
- Complete Warm-Up
- Dumbbell Sets
- Body Weight Routines
- Total Resistance Exercise (TRX)
- Extreme Strength Training
- Core Cool Down
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced weightlifter, our class is a great way to build strength, increase muscle mass, and improve your overall health and well-being. Our trainers will be on hand to help you with proper form, provide modifications for exercises, and offer progressions as you progress in your fitness journey.
Our Strength Training classes are available to members, and we also offer package deals for non-members. Classes are held at regular times throughout the week, and new members can start at any time.
